We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, who is flexible and pragmatic, to join our Food Quality, Environment & Assurance team in Dunedin. Reporting to the Quality System Documentation Manager, the Documentation Administrator is responsible for creating, proof reading and editing information in the Quality System. You will work with subject matter experts and site Technical teams to ensure final change content is acceptable prior to publication.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:

  • Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, SharePoint or other document management system)
  • Advanced grammar and spelling accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proof reading, editing or documenting procedures experience
  • The ability to build strong and productive working relationships.

Familiarity working with documentation systems would be beneficial.
