LiveOps is building a next-generation call centre platform that will change the entire call centre experience. To help make that platform a success, we’re transforming the way we create and deliver documentation.

That’s where you come in. We need someone who’s more than just a technical writer. Sure, you can write procedures, develop online help and you’re comfortable working with technical material like APIs and administrator guides. We also need people who can combine that with the ability to write blog posts and web copy, and who can communicate in plain English.

You have 5+ years of experience as a technical communicator, are creative, imaginative, and can think outside the book. You’re a problem solver with excellent people skills who knows what customers need. You have experience. You’re familiar with industry-standard tools. You have fresh ideas about how to create and deliver documentation. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty with LiveOps’ technology, and you love to ask questions.

We’d also like you to have:

  • A knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with software like Madcap Flare, MindTouch, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
  • A background or education in information design.
  • Experience writing API documentation.
  • Experience blogging and writing for the web.
