We have a fantastic opportunity for an API Technical Author/Technical Writer to fully document our APIs and provide documentation to external developers across our product lines, including cloud-connected devices, IoT development boards, wearables and wireless audio.

You will work closely with our software developers, product managers, and testers to communicate the functionality of our software in the most complete, accurate, and elegant way possible. To this end, you need to gain a deep understanding of what the software does and how people use it in order to be effective. We support this initiative by involving you in every stage of our Agile development process. You will be a critical member of the team, so satisfaction in helping a team work on a project and cross the finish line is a must. Your target audience is composed of technologists and software developers, so clean, clear, concise writing is essential. A critical eye for detail is required.

  • Helping establish team policies and procedures.

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a software engineering, computing or electronics environment.
  • Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical groups.
