Senior Technical Communicator

About the opportunity

In this senior role, you’ll play a key part in the digital transformation of our existing printed materials to support our sustainability goals and best-in-class user experience. You’ll champion modern technical communication practices and collaborative ways of working that focus on rich user experiences.

What you'll bring

As a technical communications artisan, you’ll bring:

• A qualification in English, journalism, technical writing or related work experience.
• Excellent knowledge or experience with CMS authoring.
• Experience with graphics software, such as Adobe Creative suite.
• Experience writing modern, interactive UI copy.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Energy to drive the team’s innovative vision, strategy and standards.
• Organisational skills that deliver to diverse project timelines.
• Knowledge of information design and/or digital transformation an advantage.
• The ability to hoist the sails and contribute to our marine-based pun database.
