About the team

The Customer and Regulatory Partnerships team are a dynamic cross-functional Business Group made up of the Customer, Legal and Regulatory, Policy and Standards, and Information Design business units. They are accountable for fostering industry partnerships that support the delivery of Airways vision and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and manage its risk.

About the role

Working closely with the Head of Information Design, the Information Designer is responsible for ensuring operational policies and procedures are maintained, and documentation is regulatory compliant. The role also supports the digital transformation and standardisation of operational information, and works in collaboration with other business units to achieve cross-functional objectives that meet compliance, business, and operational needs.

About you

To be successful you will need to have proven experience in information design and exceptional writing skills. You will be adept at interpreting complex technical information and developing compliant operational documentation, with a talent for writing policies and procedures. Ideally you are someone who works successfully cross-functionally and collaborates well with a diverse group of people.

A relevant tertiary degree or qualification in information design or technical writing would be advantageous, as would previous experience being involved in an environment of positive change with a focus on process improvements. It would be additionally beneficial if you have a background in the air navigation services or aviation industry.
