This session presents some simple and effective ways to create content that is not only useful today, but can be updated later without a major hassle. We'll look at several high- and low-level sustainability techniques you can use that future-you will thank present-you for learning!

About the presenter

Dave Gash is a California-based technical publications specialist providing technology consulting and training for hypertext developers. A veteran software professional with over thirty years of development, documentation, and training experience, he holds degrees in Business and Computer Science and is well known in the tech pubs community as an enthusiastic and engaging technical instructor. Dave has been a Technical Writer for Google since 2012, and is a frequent presenter at User Assistance conferences, webinars, and workshops in the US and around the world.
