Christchurch Branch Event - Usability Testing Online Policies at Airways

Christchurch Branch Event

Last year, the Engineering and Maintenance department at Airways (New Zealand's air navigation service provider) completed an 18-month project to consolidate their core suite of policies and procedures, and move them from separate PDF documents to a single web-based information structure.

David Tran will briefly describe how they ran usability testing on the new version, including:

  • Creating test scripts and results sheets
  • Running local and remote tests
  • Presenting the results
  • Lessons learnt for next time
