Happy International Plain Language Day - 13 October 2022

There’s still time to plan something fun for your team or your workplace to celebrate plain language. You might like to set a writing challenge, create a quiz, showcase good examples of plain language, or give special recognition to your clearest communicators. You might like to talk in a team meeting about what it means to your team and your readers or customers.

Plain Language Week usually falls within the same week, so why not make it into a series of events?

Register for the Plain Language Awards ceremony

Don’t miss the Plain Language Awards online ceremony on Thursday 27 October 2022. You don’t have to have entered, or know someone who has entered. Show your support for everyone who works hard to create plain language communication by joining the celebration.

The registration details aren't out just yet, but keep an eye on the Plain Language Awards website for more information.

So far, so good! Let’s all keep our fingers crossed.
