Auckland Branch Event: Conference 2019 – Sustainable Content

This is a remote live event being broadcast from the Fraedom office

TechCommNZ conferences can change lives. If you think that sounds extreme, join us at our next TechCommNZ branch event in Aucklnad to find out more and judge for yourself.

Come along to Fraedom Limited and reconnect with colleagues over drinks and nibbles. We will then Zoom in to the Christchurch Branch to let Meredith Evans (President) and Kaye Churches (Vice-president) inspire you with news about this year’s national TechCommNZ event in beautiful Tauranga. What better place could we choose for a conference themed “Sustainable content, a sustainable profession, how can we sustain and be sustainable?

Join us to find out how you can get involved, and why you should. Learn about the conference theme, and how it will benefit your workplace. Pick up ideas for persuading bosses, from others who have succeeded. Is it time for you to step up to the podium and share a story or case study? Ask Meredith and Kaye your questions about the benefits and mechanics of attending, as a delegate or speaker. Maybe your company should consider sponsorship, if technical communicators are in your target market for products or recruitment?

Bring your questions, ideas, and enthusiasm to our first branch event of 2019!

About the speakers

Meredith Evans and Kaye Churches both currently work at Synlait Milk, where they also cook up plans for this year's TechCommNZ conference in Tauranga.

Meredith (President) is a veteran conference attendee and speaker, and got her conference-organising baptism of fire leading TechCommNZ's massive contribution to ITx in Wellington last year.

As well as being an experienced presenter, Kaye (Vice-president) is a veteran conference organiser – she has been the genius behind all the recent TechCommNZ conferences and enjoys making each event better than the last.
