Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Web Content Writer to really make an impact on New Zealand Food Safety’s exporting website. The role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people and wanting to see the positive impact you have; you will help businesses start up in a complex regulatory environment.

You will work collaboratively with New Zealand Food Safety’s subject manager experts and update our external exporting website. Your ability to translate complex language and processes into plain English is a must!.

Mōu - About You

To be successful for this role you will:

  • Be passionate and able to translate technical jargon into plain English
  • Have a strong handle on the English language and understand best web practice and how to apply it
  • Be experienced in content writing projects
  • Be familiar with working in a regulatory landscape (strongly desirable)
  • Have multi-tasking and work prioritisation experience.
