About the opportunity

As our Knowledge Base Content Advisor, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and publishing content to the knowledge base. The content helps us answer customer queries in a consistent and efficient way. You'll need to write technical content in plain language. You'll also need to do some maintenance tasks to keep the knowledge base system running well.

What you will do

As well as being accountable for the Waka Kotahi values and behaviours, your day to day responsibilities include:

  • Making sure the knowledge base contains the most up to date information to support our customer facing teams.
  • Making sure plain language is used in the knowledge base and layout is logical and easy to follow.
  • Using a feedback loop with our customers when creating and updating content looking for opportunities to create content that can be used across our channels and systems.
  • Making and keeping strong relationships with key internal teams.
