Christchurch Branch Event: The Human-AI Symbiosis

As in most industries, artificial intelligence is starting to influence the field of technical communications. Proponents promise that the use of artificial intelligence will result in better business communications, leading to better customer experiences.

In this session, Jaco Swart will walk us through the possibilities that open up when humans and machines collaborate. We will look at space-age technology that quietly migrated from sci-fi into our everyday lives, and the quest to build a better understanding of customers and their needs. To add some balance, Jaco will conclude the session with a frank discussion of the challenges and risks of human-machine integration.

Seat belts are recommended.
