Join Rebecca Cox in this introductory webinar to find out about practical, cost-effective ways that you can incorporate user research and usability testing as part of the documentation process.

About the presenter

Rebecca is a User Experience Analyst who is passionate about helping organisations to understand the user perspective, in order to make better products and websites so that people and organisations can achieve their goals.

Rebecca has conducted many user research projects involving interviews, usability testing sessions, workshops, analytics and desktop research. She is keen to help and encourage others to incorporate UX research techniques in what they do.

Rebecca’s background prior to specialising in UX was as a web developer. This included a large chunk of technical writing, to document best practices for implementing web standards and accessibility for other developers, designers, and project managers.
