About the speaker

Jocelyn is the Programme Director at the School of Information Management, Victoria University.

Her research centres on the use of online communities and social technologies to support change and promote deep knowledge transfer. She has many years of experience as a manager and consultant in the state, educational and cultural sectors, having worked for diverse organisations in New Zealand and Australia.

Jocelyn's areas of expertise include knowledge/information strategy, online communities, using IT to support business strategy, web strategy, publishing, and R&D.
