June 2016

We have a lot of news in this month's report from President, Emma Harding – including an update on our work on the occupation classification, and how to get member rates to ITx, NZ's conference of IT. Kaye Churches has news about TechCommNZ's next conference, which is coming to Auckland in April 2017.

If you've got a nagging feeling that your LinkedIn profile could do with a scrub and polish, we've put together some helpful advice to get you cracking. And in Let's Tech Communicate this month, Grant Mackenzie has rounded up some fascinating stories and videos that will make you an expert on Augmented Reality and what happened to Google Glass.

Don't forget that the Member Logo Challenge is running until 31 July. Thanks to everyone who has entered so far. It's not too late to join in the fun and be in to win one of 3 $100 Prezzy Cards.
